Emulsion Potency Lite is a fast-paced, practical training designed to give you a clear understanding of cosmetic emulsions in just five days.
This program focuses on what you actually need to start formulating. You will learn how emulsions work, how to build formulas, how to improve stability, and how to produce safe, high-quality products.
It is ideal if you want strong foundational knowledge without going through the full certification program.
By the end of the course, you will feel confident creating and adjusting your own lotion and cream formulations.
Important Note
Emulsion Potency was created under our previous brand, Nesvillaskinhub.
We have since rebranded to Dermalyte Institute.
If you see either name in any materials, they both refer to the same training program and curriculum.
Curriculum
- 5 Sections
- 5 Lessons
- 10 Weeks
- Module 1 (Day 1)This module covers the science the rest of the workshop builds on. You'll learn the different emulsion types and how each behaves in real formulas, why HLB matters when you're picking emulsifiers, and how to work with pH in a way that protects your final product.1
- Module 2: Day 2This module covers the three things that decide whether your product feels good, lasts on the shelf, and actually performs. You'll learn what a stability check really is.1
- Module 3: Day 3This module breaks down what phases actually mean in cosmetic science, how to formulate like a professional rather than a recipe follower, and the right device for thermal checks (and why temperature management is more than guessing).1
- Module 4 (Day 4)You'll learn what separates an extract from an infusion, how lipids behave in cosmetics, and when to reach for which in your formulas.1
- Module 5 (Day 5)The final module closes out the workshop with the parts that make a formula sellable, not just functional. You'll learn how to use preservatives effectively to keep your products safe and stable1
